Front Exterior Building Painting – 12/13/17 (Wednesday) – 8am - Aprroximately 3 Days Minimum

Please make sure to be careful when you're near this area. If you live in one of the apartments near the front, please make sure to shut your blinds for privacy, if needed.

Water shut off - Week of 12/04/2017 - 12/08/2017 (Between 9am - 3pm Everyday). This may affect the water usage for your apartment if you’re located above or below the listed apartments, so please make accommodation for showers, dishwashing, and other water usage during the time listed. Please note the following water shut-offs:

• Monday (12/04/17): Unit 22
• Tuesday (12/05/17): Entire Building (Unit 31-42) and Unit 34
• Wednesday (12/06/17): Unit 40
• Thursday (12/07/17): Unit 36
• Friday (12/08/17): Unit 42

A 40-yd trash bin will be dropped off on Monday (11/27/17) and picked up on Tuesday (11/28/17) for the trash hauling of the units by the courtyard. This bin will be placed in front of the building in the guest parking spaces, so please refrain from parking in that area.

Tuesday (11/28/17) between 10am-3pm: Water will be shut off for the following units: 22, 24, 28 and 29 – This may affect the water usage for your apartment, so please make accommodation for showers, dishwashing, and other water usage during this time.

Wednesday (11/29/17): Interior renovation project will begin.
